Following on from the previous announcement about DINK Brighton Pickleball Club moving to a membership model, we are pleased to say that we are now live. It took us a little longer to get there than we anticipated so that we could ensure we got everything right for the launch to give the best benefits and experience that we can for both members and non-members.

The new platform that we are introducing is Court Reserve, which will allow you to sign up and manage your membership and view and book sessions.

Membership Types

To book onto any sessions from 1st July 2025, you will need to select one of the two options below, a free guest account or a paid for members account. From this date bookings will no longer be taken on the PADELFOXX website or through PlayWaze.

OPTION 1:

Standard Adult Annual Membership (adults 18+) Early bird special – £45 (£60 Standard)

Member benefits:

✓ Priority bookings onto sessions for club members

✓ A member-only rate for booking club sessions, coaching sessions, leagues and tournaments

✓ Eligibility to represent the club in local, regional and national leagues and tournaments

✓ Access into closed club tournaments and leagues

✓ Exclusive discounts with local businesses and pickleball brands

Sign up by 31st July to benefit from the early bird discount before the membership fee increases to the standard £60 along with the opportunity to be entered into an early bird prize draw with some great prizes;

1st Prize – Refund of membership, OWL Paddle, 1 hour 1-2-1 coaching session, signature logo t-shirt

2nd Prize – One hour of ball machine practice, plus signature logo t-shirt

3rd Prize – Signature logo t-shirt

Prize draw closes on 31st July at 23:59 and winners will be drawn on 1st August.

OPTION 2:

Guests Access (non-member) – Free

Non-members are of course still very welcome to take part in open sessions and events but there will be an increased pay-to-play session cost (approx. 25% higher) and no priority booking. However if this is your preferred approach you can reduce the price of non-member bookings by purchasing a block of 8 passes for club sessions at a discounted rate. They are non-refundable and valid for 3 months.

Cancellation policy.

Both membership types now have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel a booking outside of 48 hours you can do this from your Court Reserve account.

Please note: everyone who signs up for Option 1 will be invited to the DINK Brighton member only Whatsapp community. On acceptance we will remove you from the old groups, to avoid confusion. As previously communicated, an interim club committee has been formed for the launch – a list of committee members and their roles can be found on our website. Our first AGM as a membership club will be held in Autumn 2025 (date to be announced), at which point club members will be invited to put themselves forward to be considered for committee positions, which will be voted on at the AGM.
