SEASON 1: You now have until 30th September 2025 to play your matches against the other players/teams in your league division. We estimate a 3 game match to take 1 hour, but close games may need longer to complete. You can play across multiple dates if needed if you don’t complete in the court time hired. It maybe possible to play matches at one of the regular sessions run by the club. Please hit the whatsapp button on the page to request this. You will need to pay the regular session fee and a £5 court hire fee in all these instances.

NETS: Playing with badminton nets is acceptable, and you must adjust/agree the height of the net before you start playing. The correct height of a net is 36inches at the post and 34inches in the middle. 

BALLS: You must play with a Franklin X40 ball. You can buy them here if you don’t already have any. 

PADDLES: The club can lend you a paddle if required. Just ask by hitting the whatsapp button.

SCORES: After completing a match the winner must post the scores of each match in the BOX League Whatsapp group you have been added to, stating the winner. The loser is required to give a thumbs up or thumbs down on the message to indicate they accept or reject the score.

FORMAT: Standard format. In each match you need to play all 3 games. First to 11 points by 1 clear point wins the game.
